What if I already have a spiritual practice, or know about the other topics in Frequency School?
There is always room to fine tune your practice, grow and learn. I invite you to tune into your heart/ womb/ sacral chakra and feel if this is a “YES” for you. If it’s a “MAYBE,” we can get on a call for 15 min and chat. If it’s a “NO,” then listen to that! ;)
Do I have to be vegan/ or a raw foodist?
Definitely not! I welcome omnivores too. ;) This is a judgment free zone, you can eat however you like!
How will I be connecting with everyone else in the group?
We will be meeting on Zoom once a week. Also, we will have a private FB group. I’m open to other ways that everyone may want to connect! ;)
My Vision:

I believe we all thought the “world” as we know it was ending in 2012, but maybe it was really 2020? I believe in Starseeds & Gen Z’s and creative & entrepreneurial ideas. I believe in living outside the box: forging your own path, and being uniquely you. I believe in coming up with our own definitions in life: “age,” “success,” “relationship structure,” etc.

“A few years ago, I experienced a colossal sticking point in my creative life. I made marginal progress on my goals, but was mostly blocked, unorganized and increasingly frustrated with the myriad flash-in-the-pan solutions and self-hack efforts which roundly yielded little to no progress.
